How long does a custom order take?
Most custom decal orders ship within 3–5 business days. Complex designs or large orders may take slightly longer. We'll keep you updated every step of the way.
Can I use my own logos and designs?
Absolutely. You can upload your logos directly in the decal builder, or email them to admin@integrityrcdesigns.com and we'll work them into your custom design.
What materials do you use for decals?
We use premium vinyl with a protective laminate layer that resists scratches, dirt, and UV exposure. Our decals are built to hold up through race after race.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Domestic orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days. International shipping times vary by destination — usually 2–3 weeks.
What if I don't see the logo I need in the builder?
No problem — just email us at admin@integrityrcdesigns.com with the logo you need and we'll add it or work it into your design manually.
Can I make changes after I place an order?
If your order hasn't gone into production yet, we can usually accommodate changes. Reach out to us as soon as possible at admin@integrityrcdesigns.com and we'll do our best.
How do I apply the decals?
Every order includes an application guide. The short version: clean the surface with alcohol, line it up, peel and stick from one side, then smooth out any bubbles. Check out our blog for a detailed step-by-step guide.
Do you offer team or bulk discounts?
Yes — we offer discounts for team orders and bulk purchases. Contact us at admin@integrityrcdesigns.com with your team size and what you need, and we'll put together a custom quote.
